No Goods shall be returned for credit without first obtaining written consent from Pauley Plastic LLC. If it up to the discretion of Pauley Plastic if product is returnable.

 

• All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Product must be in original, un-opened and un-broken packaging.

  • Product must be shipped in similar manner as it was received (ie, on pallet, in tubes, in pizza boxes, etc) so as to avoid any damage in transit.

  • It is advised that shipper insure product against damages in transit, as Pauley Plastic will not be responsible for damaged freight.

• Custom products are non-returnable.
