STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Acceptance

By placing an order and authorizing payment, you are agreeing that the items listed on the invoice/order # are correct and you approve the credit card provided or on file to be charged and the order processed.

Shipment

Delivery terms are F.O.B. Seller's plant, Apple Valley, California, USA. Scheduled dates of delivery are determined from the date of invoice approval and are estimates of approximate dates of delivery, not a guarantee of a particular date of delivery. 

Buyer shall be responsible for any additional carrier charges for items including, but not limited to, hand unloading, residential delivery, redelivery, notifications, etc. Seller shall not be liable for any damages caused by failure or delay in shipping the goods described herein. 

Damaged Shipments

DO NOT accept damaged freight! If you choose to accept damaged freight all damage MUST BE NOTED on drivers paper work.  A claim cannot be filed without damage being noted on driver’s copy of paper work. Learn more about damages and claims here, and click here to file a claim.

Claims

Claims must be made within five (5) days after the delivery of the Goods. Goods are sold subject to the standard manufacturing practices of Seller.  

Returns and Cancellations

No Goods shall be returned for credit without first obtaining written consent from Pauley Plastic LLC. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Orders cancelled after written approval will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Custom Orders

Custom Orders cannot be cancelled once produced or returned. 

Accepted Payments and Notice of Electronic Check Conversion

Seller accepts all major credit cards and ACH payment. If paying by check, Pauley Plastic LLC will use the information from that check to make a one-time electronic payment from your account. By using a check, you agree to electronic funds conversion. Your check will not be returned. Customer is responsible for any fees incurred due to insufficient funds. 

Guarantee

Guarantee applies to the lifetime of the original purchaser. Interior products are not guaranteed when used in exterior applications. Interior white and color products will be covered by guarantee. Exterior white products are covered by the guarantee. Exterior color products are not guaranteed beyond 3 years. There is no guarantee for bronze or black exterior products.

SMS Consent Communication:

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you have consented to receive text messages from Pauley Plastic, LLC, you may receive messages related to the following:

  • Conversational SMS

[Pauley Plastic LLC] Hello [customer name], your order is ready for pickup. STOP to opt-out of SMS messaging Reply STOP to opt out.

  1. Message Frequency:
    Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to [3] SMS messages per week related to your [appointments/billing/orders, etc.].

Example: "Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 3 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status."

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: 

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Pauley Plastic, LLC in the following ways

Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
